We offer a 30-day return period, allowing you the flexibility to decide if your new clock fits perfectly into your lifestyle. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with it.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible for a refund.

Please note that personalized or custom-made clocks are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping
